SOVA seeks to offer the highest level of quality in all our products.  Fortunately, when it comes to our wines, quality doesn’t have to mean expensive. Nor does it have to convey exclusivity or snobbery.  Our goal is to offer a broad selection of good value wines by the glass from all of the traditional wine growing regions, but we also want to offer wines from some of the non-traditional wine growing regions, to include smaller and unique wineries close and far.

In the end, if we don’t like it, we won’t serve it to you.  If you don’t like it, we won’t continue serving it. It’s that simple.
